Competitive Pay

All staff are paid at or above the National Living Wage of £12.71 per hour (from April 2026), with additional enhancements of 25 per cent for evenings and weekends and 50 per cent for bank holidays and overnight support.

Comprehensive Training

Every member of our team receives thorough mandatory and specialist training, including safeguarding, medication administration, the Mental Capacity Act, and the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. We also fund specialist training relevant to the people you support.

Regular Supervision

You will receive formal supervision at least every six weeks and an annual appraisal, ensuring you feel supported, valued, and confident in your role.
