Competitive Pay
All staff are paid at or above the National Living Wage of £12.71 per hour (from April 2026), with additional enhancements of 25 per cent for evenings and weekends and 50 per cent for bank holidays and overnight support.
Comprehensive Training
Every member of our team receives thorough mandatory and specialist training, including safeguarding, medication administration, the Mental Capacity Act, and the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. We also fund specialist training relevant to the people you support.
Regular Supervision
You will receive formal supervision at least every six weeks and an annual appraisal, ensuring you feel supported, valued, and confident in your role.

Support Workers
As a support worker, you will deliver person-centred personal care and support to people in their own supported living homes. Your role will include assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, community access, and helping people achieve their goals. You will be a key part of someone's life, building a trusting relationship and supporting them to live as independently as possible.
Senior Support Workers
Senior support workers take on additional responsibilities, including shift coordination, staff mentoring, medication competency checks, support plan implementation oversight, incident management, and quality observations. This role is suited to experienced care workers who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Administrative Staff
