Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAPs)
Co-produced with the individual, identifying early warning signs, triggers, coping strategies, and the support the person wants during periods of difficulty
Winsome Care Ltd provides specialist supported living services for people with mental health needs across Liverpool and wider Northwest. We support people living with a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and other enduring mental health conditions.

Our approach is guided by NICE guidelines, including CG178 (Psychosis and Schizophrenia in Adults), CG185 (Bipolar Disorder: Assessment and Management), CG90 (Depression in Adults), and QS14 (Service User Experience in Adult Mental Health). Our Registered Manager, Mrs Rejoice Odetoyinbo, is a Trainee Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP), providing the company with specialist expertise in mental health legislation, crisis management, and recovery-focused support. We adopt a recovery-oriented approach that focuses on the person's strengths, goals, and aspirations rather than their diagnosis alone. Recovery means different things to different people, and we work with each individual to define what recovery looks like for them. For some, it may mean managing symptoms and maintaining stability; for others, it may mean returning to work, rebuilding relationships, or developing new skills and interests.

Our support is not about maintaining people in a state of dependence; it is about empowering them to take control of their lives, build resilience, and move towards the outcomes that matter most to them. We recognise that recovery is not always linear and that setbacks are a normal part of the journey. Our staff are trained to respond with patience, understanding, and encouragement.
